📇 Create your candidates
Three options are available to you:
From LinkedIn
If you use Chrome or Firefox, we recommend installing the LinkedIn extension to create your candidates directly from this platform.
From a Resume
If you have your candidates’ resume, you can parse the document to create the profile.
Via Import
If you have a large volume of data and it is usable, then we invite you to use the import function.
📝 Qualify your candidate profiles
Information Tab
From this tab, you can update the candidate’s personal information.

Good to know
If you want to take advantage of BoondSuggests, it is important to qualify the Type of your candidates.
If needed, you can configure the default Type of your candidates by going to Administration > Legal Agencies > your entity > HR Data tab.
Administrative Tab
Once you know the salary expectations of your candidate, you can create a proposed contract to estimate their ADC (Average Daily Cost).
This will automatically appear on the positioning and will allow you to estimate your margin and profitability.
TD Tab
This tab will be pre-filled with information from LinkedIn or the candidate’s resume and allows you to list the candidate’s experiences as well as complete certain fields (Experience, Tools, Activity areas, Expertise areas) to search more efficiently on profiles and take advantage of BoondSuggests.
Actions Tab
Create actions is essential to record your exchanges/interviews.
Reminder / To do for upcoming actions
Once the action is completed, choose the right typology: important for having metrics and creating KPIs
Create a reminder directly from the action using the quick save button
Use the action templates available
Share the action if needed
Positionings Tab
In this tab, you will find the list of positionings where your candidate has been assigned.
🔎 Search for the right profiles
BoondManager helps you find the right profiles to assign. For this, you have the possibility to:
Filter candidates based on their Activity area, Mobility, etc.
Refine your search and perform it only on the information in the TD tab, by clicking on the magnifying glass
Configure the columns of the Candidate module to display the elements you find relevant
Perform saved searches with the possibility to share them and save desired views (column and display choices: Kanban or list)
Analyze profiles faster, once a selection of candidates is made, thanks to:
card by card navigation,
overview view
Focus on the Overview tab
This tab gives you a global, quick, and synthetic view of your candidate’s profile.
When your mouse hovers over the section, a link to edit/create appears so you can, in one click, make the necessary changes.
Everything is accessible:
Editing information (click the links appearing on hover)
Creating/editing an action
Sending an email to the candidate
Creating a positioning
For actions and positionings, you can not only edit an existing action/positioning in one click, but also create a new action or positioning for your candidate from the Overview tab.
Good to know
It is possible to edit the card state without going into the Information tab.
Focus on the Actions section
This Actions section shows you:
The 4 most frequent action types
The last 4 actions created
An indication of the "age" of the action (when the age indication is shown in green, it is an upcoming action)
You can create a new action directly, without even leaving the Overview tab. The action creation window opens in the foreground, so you stay on this tab once the action is closed.
You can thus continue to enter actions while viewing the candidate’s information as an overview.

BoondManager will simplify your communication with your candidates.

📈 Track your recruitment activity
To track your activity, several features, listed below, will be useful:
use task lists to show your managers the process to follow in managing and tracking your candidates
check your Alerts at the end of the day to ensure you have handled your to-do list
see where your candidates are in their recruitment process:
