Change a contact's name on an opportunity card

Opportunities > Opportunity card > Information tab

  1. Click on Edit

  2. Type the first 3 letters of the contact (last name or first name) or the company to assign to the opportunity, then select the contact to assign from the dropdown list

Prerequisite

If the contact does not appear in the list, it means it has not been created in the CRM! You must create it from the CRM (see Create a new contact in the CRM).
