How to handle a CRM contact's company change?

If one of your contacts (client/lead) changes company, you can edit it in BoondManager.


Create your contact's new company

To do this, please follow this tutorial to help you create a CRM record!


Make the company change for your contact

From the Contact record, in the right section "Company information", check the "Edit" box.

BoondManager will then inform you that all projects, opportunities, orders and purchases linked to this person will remain attached to them after the company record change is made.

It is therefore important to reassign their projects, opportunities, orders and purchases to another contact in this company before changing the contact's company. To do so, you can follow this tutorial.

You can then make the company change by entering the first three letters of the company in the designated field and then selecting it from the list.
