Global settings include the configuration of all fields, standard reminder emails, sharing, the dashboard, and any other global configuration of your BoondManager interface.

It is important to properly configure this section before you start entering your data (this will save you from having to re-qualify everything after import).

Tab "Actions / states"

This tab is crucial in the management of your processes and future metrics. This video explains what questions to ask yourself to achieve the simplest and most effective configuration possible!

Tab "HR Data"

This tab contains all global HR repositories such as types of resources, their "billable" mode or not, and the different parameters of your HR contracts.

Tab "Opportunities / Projects"

This tab allows you to configure the different types of opportunities and projects as well as their qualification/customization options.

To go further:

If you want more details about the following features, the tutorial will answer all your questions:

Tab "Miscellaneous"

This tab allows you to configure different calendars, currencies, titles, types of purchases, as well as the welcome message for intranet access for your employees.

Tab "HR and Commercial Assessments"

This tab allows you to manage all repositories qualifying candidates, resources, opportunities, company records, and CRM contacts. It is essential to properly configure these different repositories to enhance the quality of your searches for profiles/opportunities matching specific skills and qualifications.

Mandatory configuration before starting to enter data:

  • In the Actions / states tab, the states of the modules you will use first (Candidates, Resources, CRM in principle) and the associated actions,

  • In the HR Data tab, the types of resources and contracts,

  • In the Miscellaneous tab, add the missing currencies and calendars for your company and your employees.

  • In the Opportunities / Projects tab, the types of opportunities/projects,

  • In the HR and Commercial Assessments tab, the repositories you already use and want to import when migrating your existing data.
