Column size is specific to your browser

Column size is the only thing that is not saved with "saved searches". This setting is stored in your browser, but on others the default size of each column will be offered.

FAQ

I don\'t see all the columns I selected on the screen?

If you display too many columns, an arrow will appear on the edge of the screen to allow you to scroll:

Some displayed columns are empty

The display of some column content depends on the granted permissions. For example, if the manager does not have the right to read the TD tab of a candidate, then the content of the column will be empty.
