The dashboard is, by default, the homepage for each of your employees. Therefore, it is important that it summarizes the key information for their activity as effectively as possible.

This article describes how to use and configure it.

Using your dashboard

The dashboard is accessible by clicking:

  • on the logo at the top left

  • in the menu bar on Dashboard

The dashboard allows you to summarize key information (e.g.: widgets on timesheets, absences, number of candidates to track, list of resources on bench period, ...)

How to navigate a dashboard?

You have two options:

  • Click on certain widgets that open the relevant module

  • Click to configure your dashboard

  1. Choice of element to display

You have a choice among 3 types of elements:

    • Metric: display the number of search results as a numeric counter

    • List: display search results as a list

    • Widget: display one of our available widgets

  2. Choice of module/widget to display

Depending on the type of element:

    • If the element is metric or list: choose the module in which the search should be performed

    • If the element is widget: choose from the widgets preconfigured by our teams

  3. Choice of displayed element title

You can choose to edit / customize the title of the element.

We recommend renaming it so its meaning is clear. This is especially important if you have several elements based on the same module.

  4. Filter configuration
To finalize the configuration of metric and list elements, you need to configure the filters to apply to your search.

Warning

After customizing your dashboard, if you wish to restore the configuration set by your administrator, you can do so by clicking the "Restore default configuration" button at the top of the configuration page.

F.A.Q.

How are the data displayed in each dashboard element defined?

Each widget is linked to a module, and the rights for this module are applied to govern the displayed data.

Can you define a specific perimeter for each widget?

You can define a perimeter and a period separately for each of your widgets.

On how many columns can dashboard elements be displayed?

You can display widgets on 2 or 3 columns. To delete the 3rd column, delete all widgets from the right column, then delete the remaining "+" to remove the column.
