Overview

The Overview provides you with automatic reportings on commercial activity, HR, timesheets and expenses, and billing by manager, business unit, resource, project, client, agency, company... in the form of dynamic tables or dashboards. Six types are available.

By default, BoondManager displays a non-exhaustive list of key indicators per reporting (which you can customize).

  • Commercial = reporting for CRM, Opportunities, and Projects modules

  • Human Resources = reporting for the Resources module

  • Recruitment = reporting for the Candidates module

  • Activity and Expenses = reporting for the Timesheets & Expenses module

  • Billing = reporting for the Billing module

  • Global = reporting for the Resources, Projects, Timesheets & Expenses, Billing modules

Tips:

  • Explanation of indicators: by hovering over the indicators, the calculation details appear. The bold numbers in the table are dynamic links; clicking them redirects you to the calculation details.

  • Graph view: you have the option to view your data in a dashboard.

Good to know:

You can choose standard calendar periods (current, past, future), or filter data by the last days, weeks, or months.

You can also analyze your performance in even greater detail by comparing it to another period 📈.For example, compare your signed turnover for January 2024 with that of January 2023.

Projects

This Reporting allows you to obtain an overview of each of your projects.

This view operates and is configured in the same way as the Overview. It allows you to obtain a synthesis for each of your projects: signed turnover, budgeted and taken time globally and by resource, reported costs, real margins compared to signed data, Production turnover, Billed turnover, Paid turnover...

By clicking on advanced filters, you will be able to search for a specific resource and/or a company (as in the example below) and/or a CRM contact.

Resources

This tab allows you to obtain an overview of each of your resources, based on the key indicators you have selected. It is configured in the same way as the Overview.

Note that here, you have two different views available:

Period View

Periods are placed horizontally and Resources vertically, one below the other, with the same indicators per Resource. This view allows you to see the evolution of a Resource's figures over time.

Resource View

Here, Resources are placed horizontally and indicators vertically. This view allows you to see a set of Resources with the same indicators.

Tip

You can save your searches to have pre-recorded filters and thus retrieve different Resource reportings.

Companies

This Reporting allows you to analyze the distribution of your activity across your client portfolio.

This "Distribution by client" tab operates and is configured in the same way as the Overview, but note 2 differences:

  • the display is limited to 10

  • there is the option to display data as numbers or percentages

This tab allows you to study the distribution of your activity (signed turnover, number of projects in progress, number of missions in progress, number of positionings...) for each client. 27 key indicators are available to help you understand, in tables or dashboards, the distribution of your activity across your client portfolio.

Reporting Configuration

To configure the key indicators on the Reporting, click on the cogwheel for Configuration.

You can "Add" or "Remove" key indicators, "Add separators," and use drag & drop to sort them in the order you prefer. It is best to limit yourself to the most relevant key indicators based on your activity.

You also have the option to export your data in Excel format for further analysis.

Suggestion:

To help you choose, you can start by displaying all key indicators to see what they correspond to and remove them one by one if you do not wish to keep them.

Tip:

To return to the default configuration, simply empty a list completely and save.
