Overview of Cards

The Overview tab is your entry point into a card. It allows you to have a synthetic view of the important information of a card and thus obtain a summary of the different tabs of this card.


How to use it?

Everything is made available to you so you can benefit from a global, quick, and synthetic view of the card.

When your mouse hovers over the section, an edit / create link appears so you can, with one click, make the necessary changes.

Everything is accessible:

  • Editing information (click the links appearing on hover)

  • Creating / editing an action

  • Sending an email to the candidate

  • Creating a positioning

For actions and positionings, you can not only edit an existing action/positioning with one click, but also create a new action or new positioning for your candidate from the Overview tab.

Good to know

It is possible to edit the card state without going into the Information tab.

Focus on the Actions section

This Actions box shows you:

  1. The 4 most frequent action types

  2. The last 4 actions created

  3. An indication of the "age" of the action (when the age indication is shown in green, it is an upcoming action)

You can create a new action directly, without even leaving the Overview tab. The action creation window opens in the foreground, so you remain on this tab once the action is closed.

You can thus continue to enter actions while viewing the candidate's information in overview format.

The visible information in this tab depends on the access rights configured for the module.

Candidate card

  1. The candidate's essential information (contacts, managers...)

  2. A summary of the candidate's administrative data and salary expectations

  3. The latest associated activities (actions)

  4. The main points of the technical file

  5. Available resumes

  6. The latest positionings

Resource card

  1. The essential information

  2. A summary of administrative data

  3. The latest associated activities (actions)

  4. Absence requests made during the month

  5. Deliveries the resource has been assigned to, with the total signed turnover and margin

  6. The latest positionings

  7. The main points of the technical file and available resumes

Company and contact card

  1. The essential information of the company or contact

  2. On a company card, the list of contacts; on a contact card, the company information

  3. The latest associated activities (actions)

  4. The total weighted turnover, the number of won opportunities, and the last 3 opportunities created

  5. The total signed turnover, signed margin and profitability, and the last 3 projects created

  6. Important information about invoices and orders

  7. The purchases committed on the company or contact

F.A.Q.

Can you edit the information in the Overview tab?

You cannot edit information directly in this tab. But when you hover over the desired section, an edit or create link appears, which redirects you to the tab of the information to edit.

Can you configure the information in the Overview tab?

It is not possible to modify the configuration of this tab.
