Creating a contract simulation at the application stage allows you to optimize your time on many topics, including: simulating the cost of the employee (ADC), estimating the profitability of your positionings, or even generating job offers or contracts in PDF format.
⠀
How to create an HR contract simulation?
To create an HR contract simulation for your candidate, nothing could be simpler:
Go to the Candidate card:
In the Information tab: specify the candidate type
This allows the tool to create a simulation with a salary or Daily RateIn the Administrative tab: click on "+ Add a contract"
Fill in all the information already known, such as the potential salary at signing and the contractual benefits they may be entitled to
Do not fill in elements you do not yet know (for example, the start date, coefficient, ...)
In just a few clicks, you have created a contract simulation. You now have the ADC of your candidate.
⠀
Benefits of simulation for the sales team
Thanks to this quick process, you have a calculated ADC for your candidate.
This ADC will be used in all positionings you make for this candidate and will allow you to directly obtain a view of the profitability and margin generated by this business opportunity.

Generate documents from the contract
If you have created document templates using the DocTemplates App, then the contract simulation allows you to generate a Word or PDF document:
A job offer including the contract elements
An HR contract to be signed by your future employee
A subcontracting contract to send to your freelance candidate
Good to know

Save time when converting the Candidate into a Resource
Indeed, if the contract is already created and the candidate agrees to join you, all the elements of their card, including the contract, will be carried over. You only need to correct the various elements (entry date, actual salary, ...) if necessary.
