BoondSuggest will help you save time in your profile search by directly consulting candidates and resources suggested by BoondManager.

Configure Profile Suggestions
You can configure the behavior of BoondSuggest so it can pre-filter a selection of candidates and resources for you!
There are 2 types of configuration: from administration and personal (manager level)
Administrator Settings
You can configure the default behavior of BoondSuggest for all your users!
Administration> Global settings > Opportunities/Projects
Choose the perimeter for candidate and resource profile search: my Agencies, my poles...
Exclude candidate and resource records based on their type: converted to resource, director, business engineer ...
Exclude candidate and resource records based on their state.
Choose the fields from the opportunity that will be used as key words in the search: tools, activity area, sector, title (one, all, none ...). The benefit here is to leverage the powerful indexing of Boond\'s information if you don\'t apply these fields as filters on your TD.
Choose the filters from the opportunity that will be automatically applied during the search based on the available fields: tools, activity area, sector, title.
Manager Settings Take Precedence!
If your managers have already added their own customized settings, these take precedence over the standard settings. Changing settings from administration will not modify their configuration.
User Settings (Manager)
Your administrator has already configured a default configuration to help you, but you can also customize the criteria for your own access!
Your first name at the top right > configuration > Profile Suggestions section

Using BoondSuggest
BoondSuggest is here to help you save valuable time on filtering your consultants and here\'s how to use it to get the most out of it!
Qualify your opportunity so BoondSuggest can retrieve the elements.
Click on "position" to launch the process.
Choose "Profile Suggestions": it already tells you the number of candidates and resources found!
Edit key words and filters as needed. The filters bar uses your default BoondSuggest configuration but you can save new criteria to apply only for this opportunity.
Navigate easily between Candidates and Resources.
Select the desired consultants and click the "position" button in the workflow to return to the opportunity and work on your commercial projection!

Do you often change criteria?
If you often modify your search criteria, maybe your default settings are not suitable! Consider updating your personal configuration to save time!

FAQ
💡What is the purpose of the "save these criteria" function in the workflow?
It allows you to save the criteria you just modified in the opportunity positioning search so you can return to them later without starting from the default BoondSuggest proposal.
💡Can I update the BoondSuggest configuration for all my managers at the same time?
Settings in Administration > Global settings > Opportunity/Project will update all default settings for managers who haven\'t already set their own defaults. If they wish to change their settings, they must do so manually, or you can do it for them by logging in under their profiles via administration if your rights allow.
💡I don\'t have filters or key words applied to my BoondSuggest on the project side?
This means the original opportunity for the project didn\'t have any! You will need to either manually apply your own criteria if this is a one-off action for this project, or update the corresponding opportunity so Boond keeps a record of these criteria.
💡I\'ve changed the filters and key words but want to return to the BoondSuggest proposal?
As long as you haven\'t "saved these criteria" you can click "Reset criteria" to return to the default proposal.
💡Is BoondSuggest available on the Project side?
Absolutely! Profile suggestion works exactly like for a positioning but this time will offer you only resources!
💡How can I reset to the default configuration for my personal setting?
In your configuration window, simply click the rotating arrow icon next to "Profile suggestions configuration".
