Installation and configuration
On the Boond side, nothing could be simpler, you have no settings to make!
However, to configure on the SIPSim side, you need to retrieve certain information only accessible by a Boond administrator.
Here's how to retrieve the elements:
Client Token & Client Key
Administration> Developer space > API/Sandbox
Here, you must also authorize the call to the Rest APIs.
User token
Resources> Resource card > Admin tab

Using the application
Call from your browser
To make calls from your browser, you simply need to install their dedicated Chrome extension!
You can then trigger your calls by clicking on the numbers.
Important information
Clicking will not directly trigger the call: it will call you first to confirm the action and launch the call.
Call from your phone
With your SIPSim subscription, you get a sim card or an esim, so you can make your calls from your mobile as usual and from the Boond Mobile app as well.
If the contact is in Boond, the call will be logged!
Call logging in Boond
Each of your calls is automatically logged in Boond as an action of type "Successful call" or "Unsuccessful call".
Each action automatically contains a message specifying:
the duration of the call
the link to the call recording.
You can therefore easily find your calls from the Action module and in your KPIs in the Commercial Overview reporting!
