Installing the BoondManager app
For Apple phones: we invite you to go to the Apple Store to download the BoondManager app 🦊 for your smartphone.
For Android phones: we invite you to go to Google Play to download the BoondManager app 🦊 for your smartphone.

First log in
Once the app is installed, you can log in to your space by entering your login and password.

Attention point
If your organization has set up exclusive authentication via a trusted third party, you must log in to the mobile app using the Google, Microsoft, or Trustelem button.

Configure my profile
Once in the app, you can customize it to make it as relevant as possible for your usage.
You can notably:
Choose which elements should be present in your dashboard to have at a glance the data to manage daily.
Configure your navigation bar to quickly access the modules you are interested in.
Customize my profile
The home page of your app is your dashboard. To enter your customization space, you need to:
Click on "... More"
Click on the cogwheel on your screen
You are now in the "Configuration" space of your app.
Configure my dashboard & navigation bar
From your configuration space, you can configure the elements to display in your dashboard and navigation bar.
Click on the dedicated area to access the list of modules displayed by default on your dashboard. You can then modify them and add new ones.
Click on the dedicated area to access the modules most relevant to your activity more quickly.

Log my timesheets, expenses, and absences
From your BoondManager app, you can enter your timesheets, expenses, and absences and submit them for approval.

Manage my candidates & CRM
Your BoondManager app lets you find in your pocket your "CANDIDATES" & "CRM" modules.
You can navigate these two modules just like on the web version.
Manage my candidates
In the "Candidates" module, you find your profile database on which you can perform searches using filters.
Within a "Candidate" profile, you find all information about this profile: title, contact, social networks...
You can also contact this profile in one click via:
Sms
Call
Mail
Number recognition
Did you know?
The BoondManager mobile app has an automatic caller recognition function. If your candidate's number is entered in your BoondManager interface, their name will automatically appear on your phone screen when they call. No need to enter all contacts in your directory anymore!
Within a "Candidate" profile, you can find the actions created about the profile. You can also create a new action from your app.

Track my CRM
In the "CRM" module, you find your BoondManager database on which you can perform searches using filters.

Within a "Contact" profile, you find all information about this profile: title, contact, opportunities, and linked actions.
You can also contact this profile in one click via:

Within a "Contact" profile, you can find the actions created about the profile. You can also create a new action from your app.

From your mobile, save time by logging actions performed with your CRM contacts using the voice recorder function—no need to type everything manually!

Manage my resources
As a manager, you want to easily track your team. Good news: you can do all this from your BoondManager app!
Track your team members' timesheets, check their expense reports, and get notified of their absence requests.
Just like on your web space, you find all your teams' activity data in your pocket, with the ability to approve them of course!
Track timesheets
You have access in your app to your team members' timesheets just like in the "Activity and Expenses" module of your browser.
Use the "Validation" view to find the documents you need to check:
You can enter a timesheet to check your teams' activity for the whole month and approve it directly from the mobile app.
Track expense reports
You have access in your app to your team members' expense reports just like in the "Activity and Expenses" module of your browser.
You can enter an expense report to check the expenses added by your teams for the whole month and approve it directly from the mobile app.
Track absence requests
You have access in your app to your team members' absence requests just like in the "Activity and Expenses" module of your browser. You can also find them in the "Validation" view of your app.
You can enter an absence request to check the days requested by your teams and approve them directly from the mobile app.

F.A.Q.
Automatic caller recognition does not work.
The procedure varies depending on your phone model. Here is what you need to check:
Case 1: iPhone
Make sure you have enabled caller ID in the app settings.
The number will appear on the iPhone screen, even when locked.

Case 2: Android / Nokia, Motorola, Google
Make sure you have enabled caller ID in the app settings.
The number will appear on your phone screen even when locked.
🚨 Attention, we no longer support versions prior to Android 8.0.
Case 3: Android / Samsung, Oppo...
These models do not comply with Google standards for number recognition, so it will only work with an unlocked phone.
Alternatively, you can go to the PlayStore to install the official Google "Phone" app and choose it as the default phone app in Boond via configuration.
