To facilitate communication between Managers, we offer a system of discussion threads on each card, similar to a chat.

Start a thread
If you want to share information without leaving Boond and centralize different exchanges, then discussion threads are made for you.
From a card
On the share button
located at the top right of each card, you have two options:
Share the card: this sends an email from Boond to another user's mailbox with a link to the card and the main information
Open a discussion thread: this opens a chat on the relevant card, you can mention your interlocutors and follow the thread without leaving Boond, so you don’t lose any information.
An email is still sent to the mentioned people to notify them.
When you share a card, each recipient can reply directly in BoondManager and invite other managers by simply mentioning them.
The goal is to centralize exchanges (previously done by email) and never lose track of your conversations.
Good to know
When you choose the share option, it will still open the discussion thread on the shared card, so you can continue to follow the discussion directly on the card.
From an action
The process is the same, you can share the card with one or more recipients (thanks to predefined lists) or open a discussion thread mentioning as many people as needed.

Follow a thread
Once the thread is started, an email is sent to the relevant people with a link allowing them to reply and go to the relevant card.
You just have to reply by mentioning the relevant person.

Identify a thread
Sometimes you may have opened a discussion thread without remembering which card it was on.
Boond offers a different button that lets you identify if discussion threads are present on a card. Here it is:
From a card
You then have the possibility to see the discussion threads already present and reply to them.
From actions
An icon is present on the right of the Action card to indicate that there is at least one open discussion thread.
