Are you using Ringover and Boond?

Our Ringover application allows you, from your Boond interface in your browser, to:

  • Make calls;

  • Receive calls and identify the caller;

Log in to the Ringover widget

After installation by your administrator, the Ringover widget appears in your interface!

You can now log in to your Ringover account as usual with your Ringover credentials.


Make calls

You can make calls from the modules Candidates, Resources, CRM (Company and Contact) by clicking the "phone" icon. This will automatically dial the number in the widget.

This icon is accessible from several views!

From the module list view:

The caller is not (yet) in Boond?

You can manually enter the number in the widget.

Receive calls

When the widget is enabled and you are logged in, you are ready to receive calls.

Upon receiving a call, you will see 2 possible displays:

The caller is in Boond:

In this case, you can directly access their card by clicking the "see their card" link that appears at the top of the widget:

The caller is not in Boond OR you cannot access their information:

In this case, you will see the mention "Unknown Caller".

FAQ

My contact has two numbers, can I make the call from the list view?

You can absolutely make the call from the list view. However, Boond will automatically call the first number. If you want to call the second number, you need to enter their card to click the corresponding icon.

Why does the widget sometimes offer several cards when I receive a call?

If the widget offers you several cards for an incoming call, it means the number is present in several cards in Boond (duplicate, entry error...).

Are my incoming and outgoing calls logged?

You will find the information in the Ringover call logs. If you want them to be automatically logged in the actions of your BoondManager cards, we invite you to enable synchronization from your Ringover account configuration.

I use the Ringover mobile app, does it change anything?

The Ringover mobile app is managed by their team! To make calls using the Boond database, you must use their synchronization plug-in. Here is the tutorial to learn more.

Can I navigate in Boond while on the phone?

Of course! You can minimize the widget and navigate in Boond. This allows you to search for information in the caller's card, open an action...
