Are you using Ringover and Boond ?
Our Ringover application allows you, directly from your interface in your browser, to :

  • Make calls ;

  • Receive calls and identify the caller;

Installing the app

Need help installing the app ?

It's very easy ! We invite you to follow this dedicated tutorial ! Also don't forget to adjust the app's visibility according to your preferences.

Making calls

You can make calls from the Candidates, Resources, and CRM (Company & Contact) modules by clicking on the "phone" icon. This will automatically dial the number in the widget. This is accessible from several views.

From the module list view:

From the Synthesis or Information view:

The Caller doesn't have a card yet ?

You can manually enter the number into the widget.

Receiving calls

When the widget is activated and you are logged in, you are ready to receive calls. Upon receiving a call, you will see two possible displays.

The Caller has a profil card in the database :

In this case, you can directly access their profile by clicking on the "view profile" link that appears at the top of the widget:

réception d'un appel.gif

The caller doesn't have a profil yet OR you cannot access the information :

In this case, you will see the mention "Unknown Caller"

FAQ

My contact has 2 phone numbers, can I still make calls from the list view ?

You can indeed initiate the call from the list view. However, Boond will automatically call the first number. If you wish to call the second number, you need to enter their card to click on the corresponding phone icon.

Why does the widget sometimes display multiple cards when I receive a call?

If the widget shows you multiple records during an incoming call, it means the number is present in several records in Boond (duplicate, data entry error, etc.).

doublon fiche appel.gif

Are my incoming and outgoing calls recorded?

You will find this information in the Ringover call logs. Currently, receiving or making a call does not generate actions in Boond on the associated card.

I use the Ringover mobile app; does it change anything?

The Ringover mobile app is managed by Ringover directly! To make calls using the Boond database, you need to use their synchronization plugin.

Can I navigate in Boond while on the phone ?

Of course! You can minimize the widget and navigate in Boond. This allows you to look for information in the caller’s record, open actions, etc.
