You can also see if the freelancers Jean-Michel.io you source are already present in BoondManager.

App Installation and Configuration
Installation and configuration take place in several steps.
Create an account on Jean-Michel.io
It is free for a trial version allowing you to view up to 10,000 profiles.
Simply go to Jean-Michel.io and create your account.
Install and configure the Jean-Michel app
Prerequisites
Administration > Global settings > HR and commercial evaluations tab > Candidate source section
We recommend adding a Jean-Michel.io candidate source so that you can later link imported candidates from Jean-Michel.io to this app and filter easily on it.
Administration > Apps/Marketplace > Marketplace tab > Jean-Michel.io
Once you have installed and configured access rights to the application, you must go configure the candidate source Jean-Michel.
Validate installation on Jean-Michel.io
To do this, simply go to a candidate card and click the Boond icon to validate the installation.

Using the application
Export a Jean-Michel freelancer to Boond
Simply go to a freelancer card then click the BoondManager logo to "Export this freelancer to Boond"
The main information will then be imported into BoondManager:
Last Name & First name
Email & phone
Jean-Michel.io Resume
Their current and desired daily rate
...
Once the profile is linked, you also find the main information coming from BoondManager directly on Jean-Michel.
Link a Jean-Michel freelancer to an existing candidate on Boond
You can also link a Jean-Michel freelancer to a Boond candidate. To do this, simply copy/paste the Boond url directly into Jean-Michel.
Find Boond actions on Jean-Michel
When an action is created on a Boond candidate, you will find its content in the comments and notifications on Jean-Michel.

Is BoondManager technical data updated if the freelancer edits their card on Jean-Michel.io?
No, currently there is no update.
When a comment is added to the Jean-Michel card, is an action created in BoondManager?
No, no action will be created in BoondManager if you add a comment on the Jean-Michel card. You will need to also report it on BoondManager.
From BoondManager, can I know if my card is linked to Jean-Michel?
From the Information tab, at the bottom of your page, if your card is linked to Jean-Michel then the profile is displayed.
Duplicate management
If the profile has already been imported into BoondManager, you will not be able to re-import it and thus create duplicates. You will have a link to go to its card in BoondManager.
