You are a freelance and work for several clients using BoondManager or you are an administrator of several interfaces, this article will detail how to go to your different spaces in BoondManager.
Go to my spaces
In BoondManager, you can be a user of several workspaces simultaneously and easily navigate between them.
To switch between several workspaces, simply click on your First name - at the top right of the interface - and click on the button
.
You will then see a list of spaces / companies you work with and you can select the space you want to navigate to.

Merge spaces
Do you have several BoondManager accounts and want to merge them?
It's very simple!
Click on your first name - at the top right of the interface
Go to "My account" of the account you want to merge
Edit the login to the destination one
Enter the current password of the account you are on (for security reasons, we check that it is really you who want to merge this account)
Confirm
You then need to go to the destination mailbox to confirm the merge by clicking the link received by email.
The merge is automatically cancelled after 5 minutes without response, you can also cancel it manually before this time limit.

FAQ
💡Is it possible to choose the workspace I arrive at by default?
No, it is not possible to choose your default workspace: if you log in via your client's login url, you will go to their space by default; if you log in via the generic Boond url (ui.boondmanager.com), you will go to the last space you visited.
However, if you use our APIs, you can choose the default space. To do this, you need to click on your first name - at the top right of the interface - then go to your account in the API section.
💡I don't see the "Change workspace" button
To have access to the Change company option, you must have a BoondManager account and have been invited to join another space.
If you are a user of only one account, the "Change space" button will not be visible.
💡Why can it happen that, when I change workspace, I am required to log in via the trusted third party?
This happens if the administrator of that workspace requires a log in via the trusted third party to access it.
💡Can I change the name of the workspace?
Currently only BoondManager is able to modify this value.

💡I have a sandbox, is it considered a workspace?
Yes, absolutely. You can then merge your accounts and thus easily go to your different workspaces.
