You want to work with a Candidate. This person needs to join your staff! Therefore, you must convert them into a Resource.

Convert a Candidate into a Resource
Go to the Candidate's card:
In the Step field, select "Converted into Resource" or any other label set up in your interface administration;
Don't forget to save!
The following pop-up appears:
By leaving these two boxes checked, the resume and the various attachments from the Candidate card will be imported into the Resource card. Click Confirm.
BoondManager then creates a Resource card, which copies the information from the Candidate card.
Note
The candidate card does not disappear. In fact, BoondManager duplicates it: one remains in the Candidates Module to keep a history of this person and the other is found in the Resources Module.

You have created a Resource!
That's it, your candidate is now part of your staff.
What else do you need to do?
Check their type "internal or external consultant"
Switch their mail 1 to the mail 2 field => mail 1 will be the email from which emails from Boond will be sent to them
Save!
Create their HR or subcontracting contract
IMPORTANT
Make sure their HR contract is up to date if a job offer has already been submitted to the person as a candidate.
Otherwise, please create an HR or subcontracting contract for the Resource, which is essential to know their cost. BoondManager will indicate in red the absence of an HR contract as long as it has not been entered.
Go to the Administrative tab to update / create an HR or subcontracting contract.

Downgrade a Resource to Candidate
Your employee has left your staff and you would like to change their candidate status from "Converted into resource" to another state.
In the Candidate step field: change the state to another desired state, for example "Talent pool"
And save
You can see that the Candidate card contains the reference of the associated Resource, which allows you to easily go from one card to another (if your permissions allow).
