Via the BoondManager app, you can log your timesheets, expenses, and absence requests directly from your mobile device.
How to log in from your mobile?
First, download the app.
For Apple phones: please go to the Apple Store to download the BoondManager app for your smartphone.
For Android phones: please go to Google Play to download the BoondManager app for your smartphone.
Next, simply enter your login and BoondManager ID, the same credentials you use to log in to your web interface.
Good to know
If you log in via the trusted third party on the web, you will also need to log in via the trusted third party on your mobile.

How to fill out and validate a timesheet?
Go to My Activity => Timesheets
Select the desired month + Add
In Project/Activity Type, the assignment you are positioned on is displayed by default
Fill in the available days to quickly enter your full month
You can log your timesheets by day if you need more granularity
Save then validate your timesheet once it is 100% completed
A summary of your activity and declared absences will appear at the bottom of the page

Good to know
By default, requested absences will be displayed directly on the timesheet when it is created.
If an absence is requested after the timesheet is created, an alert will appear "declared absences are not present in your timesheet" and you can add them using "+ add missing absences".
Don’t forget!
Saving the timesheet does not mean validating it.
You save it and then submit it for validation!
Key points to remember
I work on several projects or activities
In Project/Activity Type, choose the activity to log; log your timesheets for the relevant project or activity on the corresponding days, then save your entry.
Then repeat the operation by clicking "Add" again and selecting the activity to log (another project or internal activity, for example).
Days already logged at 100% will be indicated by a green dot.
I need to log exceptional activity
If you are authorized, it will be possible to log exceptional activity by clicking "Add".
You just need to enter the activity type, the project to which this activity is linked, and the desired description.
I need to log my workplaces
If you are authorized, it will be possible to log workplaces by clicking "Add".
I need to have my timesheet signed by my client
By clicking the 3 small dots at the top right, and Signature of the document, you will be able to send your timesheet to your validator at the client.

How to submit an absence request?
Go to My Activity => Absences
+ Add an absence
Choose the type of absence you want
Select the days in the calendar
Save and send the request if it is complete
View the validation workflow for your absence request at the bottom of the page

Good to know
The balance of your absence counts is at the top right under the 3 small dots.
Days already submitted or pending validation will be greyed out and cannot be selected again.
Key points to remember
I need to request a half-day leave
Click twice on the desired day.
We recommend adding a description to specify whether the leave request is for the morning or afternoon.
I need to attach a supporting document to my manager
When you have saved your request using the green disk, click the 3 small dots at the top right.
You can import an attachment by taking a photo or uploading a document (very useful for declaring a sick leave, for example).
I want to request a week off: 3 Paid Leaves and 2 RTT
Start by selecting your 3 days of paid leave then save your request. Click "Add absences", change the absence type to RTT, and select the 2 relevant days.
Save and send your request.
I want to edit or delete my absence request
As long as your validator has not approved your absence request, you can edit / delete it.
Open it from your list of absences, click the small dots at the top right and you can delete it.

How to submit an expense report?
Go to My Activity => Expenses
+ Add expenses
Declare actual expenses with supporting document and take a photo of your receipt (time-saving as OCR will automatically fill in the expense), and if this expense is not linked to any project then select "internal" in "activity"
Declare actual expenses without supporting document and enter the purchase date of the expense, and if this expense is not linked to any project then select "internal" in "activity"
Declare flat-rate expenses which are linked to your timesheet by adding them
Save and validate to submit your expense report to your validator

Key points to remember
I need to declare expenses that are billable to the client
By default, the expense is allocated to the project you are positioned on and you can check the box "Rebilled to the client" if it needs to be.
I need to declare mileage expenses
Add actual expenses without supporting document and select the type "mileage expense" first.
This allows you to declare a number of kilometers traveled and not an amount to declare.
The amount of mileage expenses will be calculated automatically thanks to the scales set by your administrator and available in the advanced settings by clicking the dots at the top right of your expense report.

F.A.Q.
I don’t see my absence counts?
If you don’t see your absence counts by clicking the small dots at the top right of your request, it means your administrator has not configured this function.
Absence count data is provided for information purposes and does not replace the information on your payslip.
Can I unvalidate my timesheet, absence request or expense report?
As long as the timesheet, absence request or expense report is not validated by your internal validator, you can unvalidate, make the necessary changes, and resubmit for validation.
However, once your validator validates these documents, you can no longer make changes.
I don’t see the exceptional activity link on my timesheet?
This is a setting that needs to be activated. Please contact your administrator so they can make the necessary changes.
How do I know if my client has signed my timesheet?
On your timesheet, a green check mark will show that the client has signed the document and the attachment will indicate "signed document".
I am a Freelancer and cannot find the "Invoices" section.
A little patience!
This feature is not yet available on the mobile app. In the meantime, go to the web version and you can submit your invoice via the "My invoices" tab.
