Across all cards, the Share button allows you to send an email to the selected manager(s) inviting them to consult the relevant card.
The goal is to improve performance with this collaborative feature.
Note: If the manager does not have the appropriate rights, they will not be able to view the shared card.

Share a card
From any module/card, click the Share button.
You will then be able to choose the recipient(s).
When sending the email, the page URL is sent and you have the option to edit the email text.
Good to know:
For each card share, it is possible to configure the default message template and the information displayed from the Administrator interface > Global data configuration > Card Sharing tab. If needed, please contact the person in charge of Boond Administration.

Create predefined recipient groups
Predefined recipient groups are created from a card share.
You will need to click Manage predefined groups.
You will then be able to configure your different groups by clicking Add a row.

Choose who is part of this sharing group
