This application allows you to generate documents (Word or PDF) in your branding by creating your own model or template.
With DocTemplates, you can create and customize your:
Technical Data Sheet (TD) templates for candidate and resource cards
HR Contract or subcontracting templates for your resources
Invoice and credit note templates
Quotation templates from the Quotation app
Commercial offer templates
Mission Order templates
Delivery note templates
Administrative document templates: equipment loan or various authorizations

Application installation
Administration > Apps/MarketPlace > MarketPlace tab > DocTemplates
Once installed, you can then create your invoice, TD... or templates and upload them in the corresponding section.
Note
Only users with Administration access rights can upload models/templates.

You can then retrieve the "variables" which you can simply copy/paste into your model or template.

Name your document
In each section, we display the template naming instructions to follow.
Thanks to your template naming, you will be able, for example, to:
define an HR contract template by contract type (Permanent Contract, Fixed-Term Contract, etc.)
define an invoice/credit note/quotation template for a specific client
define a contract/invoice/credit note/quotation template for each legal agency
define a template in English
Insert your template
Prerequisites
Only users with Administrator rights can insert templates.
Once your template is created, you must attach it in the corresponding section.
Administration > Apps/Marketplace > DocTemplates > Configuration button
