Yes, you can upload HR contract templates in BoondManager that will leverage the desired fields filled in the relevant Resource (last name, first name, address, contract data, etc.).
The administrator of your interface must:
install the App "DocTemplates" : Administration > Apps / Marketplace section > DocTemplates > Install button
upload your various HR contract templates (Permanent Contract, Fixed-Term Contract, etc.) by following the instructions provided in the available documentation: Administration > Apps / Marketplace section > DocTemplates > Configure button
Then, as a user from a Resource's Contract card, you will be able to generate an HR contract by selecting one of your configured templates.
