The Quotations app allows you to create a quotation and send it to your clients/leads based on your opportunities and positionings.

Install and Configure the Quotations App

Configuration of Application Access Rights
Administration > Managers/Roles > The relevant manager role
Finally, go specifically to the settings of the Quotations app by navigating through:
Apps tab > Quotations > Cogwheel Configuration
You can:
Configure search rights
Configure various access rights to the application
Quotations Configuration
Administration > Legal Agencies > Advanced Configuration tab > Quotations settings section with the "Quotations" app
You must:
Determine the validity period of the quotation
Specify the payment terms that will apply by default
Define a reference mask for quotations
Check the desired options
Define the legal mentions

Create a Quotation
Several options are available to you.
Create a Quotation for Multiple Positionings
Opportunities Module > Opportunity Card > Information or Positionings tab
At the bottom of your page, the Quotations app is displayed.
By clicking on create a quotation, BoondManager will retrieve the active positionings.
Create a Quotation for a Single Positioning
If you want to generate a quotation for a specific positioning, simply:
Verify the qualification of your positioning: sale rate and number of days sold,
Click the icon to create a quotation.

Prerequisites
Create Billing Details
CRM > Company Card > Billing tab
Synchronize Your Account with Emailing
Apps > Emailing

Sending Process
Two options are available to you.
By selecting the quotation and clicking on Emailing in the "do" bar
Directly from the quotation by clicking the Emailing icon
Then, the process is simple:
Select the quotation
Check the option Send a quotation
Select your emailing template
Proceed with sending
