Use flags to qualify and search for contacts

Categorize and further target your CRM contacts using our flag system!


Prerequisites

First name > My Flags

Make sure you have created your different flags beforehand by going to the dedicated page.

Flag a contact!

Flags allow you to add extra information to a CRM record and therefore provide an additional filter option.

You will be able to perform a search based on flags. Here are some examples of flags you might use: "Historic client", "Prospect to follow", "To follow!"...

Choose the contact to flag, click on the flag icon at the bottom of the contact record, then select the relevant flag.

Otherwise, we invite you to use the mass modification function to apply a flag to several records:
