Create and Manage Your Flags

Flags allow you to group and manage sets of cards by topic within the tool.

Thanks to this feature, you can create personalized subgroups gathering certain important cards to monitor (e.g.: cards of historical clients, cards of high-potential candidates, cards of prospects who have received an emailing...).

Each manager can flag / unflag all cards in the application to which they have write access.


Create and Manage Your Flags

"First name" at the top right of the screen > My flags

  • Enter the label of the new flag in the window that appears on the screen

  • Click the "Save" button

IMPORTANT

You can create as many flags as needed. You can also rename them by clicking the magnifying glass next to the label, or delete them by selecting them in the checkbox on the left and clicking the bin.


Flag / Unflag a Card

Relevant card > "Information" tab > icon at the bottom of the screen

  • Click the flag icon

  • Select the flag to add in the window that appears on the screen

  • Click the "Add" button to confirm your choice

  • Conversely, click the cross to the right of the flag label to unflag a card

Flag / Unflag Several Cards at Once

(On the relevant module) > search filters

(1) Select the cards to flag / unflag by checking the box(es) to the left of the rows

(2) Click the mass modification icon.

(3) Choose the flag to apply in the dropdown list in the middle of the screen

Finally, click the "Yes" button in the tooltip to confirm your choice


Search for a Flagged Card

Module relevant to the searched card > search filters

  • Click on Advanced Filters

  • Select the flag(s) to filter in the window that appears on the screen.
