You can set goals for people with a manager account for whom you are the main manager. These goals will then be visible in the Reporting and in the dashboard view.

Creating Goals

Resources > Resource card > Configuration > Objectives tab

Prerequisites

Setting goals is only possible for people with a manager account for whom you are the main manager.

Goals can be defined for all key indicators in Reporting > Overview.

All you have left to do is:

  • choose the category: Sales, Human Resources, Recruitment, Activity & Expenses, Billing, Global

  • select the key indicator

  • define the goal

  • define a periodicity: weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual

Viewing Goals

From the Reporting Overview

Once the goals are defined, you can go to Reporting to view them.

Prerequisites:

You need to be on the perimeter of the manager account and select the same periodicity as the goals set.

By clicking on advanced filters, please activate the Goals.

From the Dashboard view

For this to appear on your dashboard, you need to go to Administration > Managers/Roles > Click on the role of one of the relevant managers, then in the "Dashboard" section, move "my periodic goals" to the right column.
