This application allows you to publish your opportunities on JobPosting (a multi-posting recruitment ad solution). In return, people who respond to your ad are integrated directly into the Candidates module and also positioned on the relevant opportunity.

Prerequisites

To benefit from this application, you must first have subscribed to a commercial offer with JobPosting.

Application Installation and Configuration

Administration > Apps / Marketplace > Marketplace tab > JobPosting

Installation

You will need to enter the installation code provided by JobPosting.

Using the Application

Publishing Your Offers

Create and Qualify Your Opportunity in BoondManager

As usual, you must create and qualify your opportunity.

Upon saving, the information entered will be transferred to the JobPosting form displayed at the bottom of your page.

All that's left is to complete the writing of your offer.

Candidate Positioning

When a candidate responds to one of your offers, two scenarios are possible:

  • If the candidate does not exist in Boond, they will be created (at a stage defined in the JobPosting configuration) and directly positioned on the opportunity. The main manager of the opportunity will receive an email informing them of this positioning.

  • If the candidate already exists in Boond, they will be positioned on the opportunity. The main manager of the opportunity will receive an email informing them of this positioning.

Archiving Your Offers

When you mark your opportunity as "Won" and create your project, you can then archive the offer.

You will be able to view:

  1. a summary of your offers: online, archived, and your remaining credits

  2. the details of your offers online and archived

  3. a statistics dashboard showing the source of your applications
