Alerts will help you efficiently manage your activity, ensure you have an up-to-date database, and never forget to do anything in BoondManager.
These daily and weekly alerts cover all modules and features of BoondManager.
How Alerts Work
The goal is to:
Manage your Reminders/Todo past, today, upcoming
Track candidates, HR, opportunities, projects, orders, and invoices
Be alerted about PE end dates, HR contracts ending, invoices whose payment date is today, etc.
And much more!
Alerts are communicated to users in two ways
By email
Depending on the configuration set for your alert reports (daily or weekly), you will receive your alerts on the specified days and at the desired time at the email address provided on your profile.
Directly from the interface
From the Dashboard view, you have access to all your alerts:
⠀
Configure Alerts - Administrator Perspective
Administration > Advanced Configuration section > Alerts
A default configuration for Alerts is provided.
However, you can review the proposed configuration for existing alerts and create new ones.

FAQ
Grant access to alert configuration to a role or manager
It is possible to grant access to a manager or a role. Simply go to the manager account or role configuration > Administration section and activate the feature.
⠀
I don't see the create button when I arrive at alert configuration
The creation link is at the very bottom of the page. This allows you to browse the different alerts to ensure it does not already exist before creating it.
As an administrator, I want to archive an alert
On the Administrator side, it is possible to disable an alert or delete it.
Disable: if you disable an alert AND the user had the Default state on this alert, then it is disabled. If the user had Enabled the alert, then there is no impact.
Delete: this alert is then deleted on the user side.⠀
I can no longer create alerts
The maximum number of alerts is 50. If you have reached this quota and want to create a new alert, you will need to disable an existing alert. If this disabled alert is used on the user side, it will not be disabled.
