Before proceeding with the deletion of a resource card from the Resources module, it is important to know that the deletion is permanent. It will no longer be possible to recover the information afterwards.
Prerequisite: Deletion Rights
To be able to delete the resource card, you must have the Delete right for the Resources module (admin interface > Managers/Roles tab > account/role card > Modules section > Resource (cogwheel) > Miscellaneous tab > enable deletion (valid only for cards you can edit) Create and configure a manager account
To delete attached data, you will also need specific deletion rights for each item.
Does your resource have or had a manager profile?
If yes, for the consistency of your data history, you will not be able to delete the card of the concerned resource.
We recommend setting it as exited instead.
Deletion Hierarchy
To prevent accidental data loss, we block the deletion of a card containing attached data, so it is necessary to follow a specific order to successfully delete a card.
To delete a card, you must follow a precise hierarchy.
Start by deleting the cards

. Once these 2 steps are done, you can then delete the resource

Delete timesheets, expenses, and absence requests for this resource
Activities and Expenses > Validation view
I invite you to:
Perform a search by key words to only bring up the documents of the person you wish to delete
Extend the period as much as possible to find all documents (timesheets, expense reports, and absence requests)
Select the documents
Delete
Delete paid benefits
Go to the Administrative tab then delete all paid benefits.
