Once again, we are very proud of our teams and excited to present the updates released in production this month :)
Navigation
⠀
Kanban View
On the Candidates, Resources, CRM, Opportunities, and Positionings modules, you now have the option to choose between the current view and a Kanban view.
Global Explanation
The Kanban view allows you to:
View the total by State of your Pipeline
Change the state of a card using Drag and Drop
Sort your cards according to different criteria
Note:
To change the state of several cards, you must use the Do Bar.
Explanation of Card Functionality
Each card provides information about:
The creation date of the card
The freshness of the data via chevrons. You can visualize the type of the last action performed and the upcoming action.
Note:
Chevrons provide a time indication. Thus:
The number of active positionings (for Candidate/Resource cards)
⠀
Using Arrows to Move from One Card to Another
To save time navigating from one card to another, navigation arrows are available to move between cards.
Note:
This feature is only possible if you use the List display on the relevant modules.
Using the Feature
When you are on a card, you can move from one card to another. Boond remembers the tab you are on.
Day-to-Day
This feature is very useful for recruitment, prospecting, or time validation.
Indeed, we remember the tab you are on.
So, for Recruitment, when you have made a profile selection you can move from one card to another to compare TDs or see actions performed on this selection.
⠀
More Compact and Contrasted Menu
For even more comfort and to avoid unnecessary scrolling, we have redesigned the menu bar.
Actions
⠀
Manage Templates on Actions
Across all modules, you can create templates that you can associate with an action type.
Creating Personal Templates
Directly from the action
From your configuration
First name > Configuration > Actions Templates tab
Creating Templates Shared by All
If you want to create templates available for all managers, you must create them from the Administration interface.
Administration > Advanced configuration > Admin tab
Using Templates
When you want to create an action, you can choose to use a template.
Once selected, the following fields will be pre-filled by the chosen template:
Action type
Description
All that's left is to fill in your activity report.
Caution:
Once a template is selected, be careful not to select another one or you may lose what you were writing.
If this happens, don't panic, we've got you covered and you can use the undo feature :)
⠀
Consolidate Indirect Actions of CRM Contacts and Companies (opportunities, projects...)
From now on, all actions (direct and indirect) will be concatenated on the company and contact card associated
You can now view actions linked to:
Contact
Project
Opportunity
Order
Invoice
Feel free to use advanced filters to filter by a specific action type and also view subsidiary actions.
⠀
Make Action Titles Clickable
For better navigation, you can now click on the titles and subtitles of actions to open these cards and go to:
The Information tab of the relevant card
The company for CRM Contact actions
This way, you can quickly go up to parent cards and get useful info (contact details, history of previous actions). Combined with the fact that your actions can now be displayed in "collapsible" mode, you can continue taking notes easily while navigating BoondManager and consulting the information you need.
⠀
View Actions from the Mobile App
This is a little secret as this update will arrive at the end of August / early September, but we thought you'd be interested
.
As a sneak peek, we are very happy to announce that you will soon be able to view actions of companies, contacts, and resources.
User Rights
⠀
CRM: View Only Your Companies and Contacts
We have refined CRM rights.
You can now:
fine-tune access to company cards in the CRM module by allowing you to completely hide all companies for which the manager is not Responsible or Influencer
By hiding all companies, your manager will have no alert about the existence or not of a company and the risk of creating duplicates should be kept in mind.
allow or not the creation of company and/or contact cards
Administration Configuration
⠀
Opportunities: Hide Associated Contact
To give you more granularity in displaying your opportunity data, you can now allow your users to:
see only the name of the company linked to the opportunity
see the name of the company AND the contact linked to the opportunity
see neither the company nor the contact linked to the opportunity
Administration Configuration
Other Improvements
⠀
Beta Test of a Portal Summarizing Delivered and Upcoming Updates
This is a first version, but we wanted to communicate better with you and give you a vision of delivered updates but especially upcoming ones.
From this Portal, you can:
View all improvement suggestions that have been delivered and are sorted by categories
View the updates listed in our roadmap
⠀
Improved Reporting Extractions
In the Reporting module > Projects view: to avoid systematic page layout manipulations, we now allow you to transpose your extraction directly to invert columns/rows and thus have better visibility and processing of information.
Thus, you will notice that by default, transposition is enabled during extraction.
Attention: if you have built dashboards elsewhere that use the project module extraction, remember to click the extraction button once to uncheck this box and not disrupt your current extractions.
⠀
Archiving Reference Tables
To facilitate cleaning your reference tables while keeping the history, you can now archive certain options in your "Global Settings" section (e.g.: action types, card states, tools, activity areas, sectors, ...)
