Display photos of your resources, candidates, and contacts
Being able to associate a photo with a resource, candidate, or contact was a highly requested improvement.
We listen to your feedback and this feature is now available.
With one click, BoondManager handles everything! See for yourself:
.
From a candidate, resource, or contact card, you can attach a photo.
You can choose between performing a Google image search (default option) or importing an image of your choice.
⠀
Display logos in the CRM
From now on, BoondManager automatically attaches a logo to your companies.
This attachment is done automatically when saving, during the creation of a company card. If the logo does not suit you, you can always modify it.

Better management of billing information
We have made a true facelift to facilitate the management of billing terms and billing details.
New Billing tab on companies
To avoid any confusion between the company s commercial information and billing information, and to secure information relevant only to Sales Administration, we have created a new Billing tab.
This tab will group:
Invoices,
Orders,
Billing details.
Simplified display of billing details
Cards system
For better visualization of the different billing details, we used a card system.
Simplified email addition
Now, when you enter emails in the billing details, Boond searches for emails already entered in a contact card, reducing the risk of error!
You can still attach the email of a person not present in the CRM.
Securing modification/deletion of billing information
Thanks to this improvement, you will no longer risk modifying data that impacts existing invoices.
When billing details are used on an order, Boond informs you if you wish to update them.
New Billing Terms section
A new section now appears on the order, allowing better management of billing details, the ability to indicate special instructions and the desired sending method.
From the Billing module > Invoice view, you can filter by sending method. This will help you better group invoices by this criterion and thus optimize the time spent on this task.
Better management of billing details
Now you can edit/update billing details directly from the order. Time saving, practicality, and efficiency
!
Enriched exports
Following the changes to orders regarding special instructions and sending method, you will be able to retrieve this information when exporting your invoices.
⠀
Invoice facelift
More compact billing and timesheet information
To allow you to have a direct view of the invoice content and avoid scrolling, we made changes to the invoice display.
⠀
Better invoice security
Invoice locking
Once an invoice is locked, no element of the invoice can be changed: payment terms or billing address from the order or company card, footer changes... everything is frozen at the moment the invoice is locked!
Invoice PDF versioning
BoondManager will store the different versions of edited invoice PDFs to better understand any data changes before the invoice is locked.
If the invoice is locked/closed, it can no longer be changed and any new PDF edition will use the last saved version.
You will also be able to find the PDF version history from the Actions tab of the invoice. To do this, filter by Notifications type actions.
