New Android mobile application
This application offers a simplified version of BoondManager for validating timesheets, expenses, and absence requests (with access to leave counters and Survey surveys!).
You will also be able to navigate to other accessible modules (CRM, Resources, Candidates, Opportunities, Positionings…) by going to the web version
To download the application, please go to your marketplace.
Notice to iOS users
For those who haven't downloaded it yet, this application is also available on iOS, so don't wait and head to your Apple Store.

Better card history tracking
Thanks to this new version, BoondManager tracks the creator of each card as well as the date of the last update made.

Lock your billing data even more
The new version brings more security to your billing.
A "unlocking" right for invoices is now available :).
This way, you can prevent a Manager from moving an invoice from a locked state (example: "Sent to client" to an unlocked state "Creation").
The management of locked states is done from the Administration interface > Legal Agencies > Billing tab:
You can configure this "Invoice unlocking" right from the "Managers / Roles" section > Manager or Role card > Module settings > "Billing" row > "Permissions" column:
Default behavior
This right is given by default, so if you want to secure further, please ask your administrator to remove this right from managers handling billing. We recommend activating it only for specific cases to limit the risk of error.

Viewer application available for everyone
The Viewer application allows you to view your documents without having to download them (handy for quickly reading resumes, receipts, Orders, ...).
This application will now be installed by default for everyone with a manager account.
