10/04/2015 - Version 6.4 of your BoondManager application has arrived!

BoondManager, based on your suggestions, keeps evolving! Thank you for reviewing the updates:

  • Management of delivery groupings on projects

  • New App: WEmailing

  • Various improvements

Management of delivery groupings on projects

You now have the ability to create delivery groupings on your projects by clicking the icon

, from the Deliveries tab (and select Create a delivery grouping). Thanks to delivery groupings you can:

  • Easily create and track projects where several resources need to be included in the same type of delivery! You create a delivery (called "delivery grouping") in which you can assign several resources!

  • Create a project without having to assign specific resources. You create a delivery grouping with a title, dates, a daily sale price, and a schedule of days. You can later assign resources to the grouping.

  • Set a title and a daily sale price common to all deliveries in the grouping

  • Define the rule for distributing the schedule across all deliveries in the grouping

  • Proportional: The total schedule of the grouping is evenly distributed among all included deliveries

  • Weighted: The total schedule of the grouping is distributed according to the weighting defined for each included delivery

  • Manual: The total schedule of the grouping is the sum of the schedules individually defined for each included delivery

  • From a grouping card, you can assign a new resource that will be added to it & the schedules will be automatically recalculated according to the chosen distribution mode

Candidates & Resources Module

  • From the Candidates & Resources modules, it is now possible to search based on actions taken during a given period, see the period filter. Example: You can search for candidates or resources with whom you have conducted "Interview" actions in the last 3 months! Reminder: Actions are configurable by your application administrator!

Opportunities Module

  • It is no longer necessary to switch a positioning to the Won state to create a project. You now have the option to create a project by directly editing the opportunity state to Won and be guided through the process...

Purchases Module

  • Increase in the Comments field size to 2,000 characters

Billing Module

  • Increase in the Comments field size on order & invoice cards to 2,000 characters

  • To allow you to display more details on your invoices, the Description field size has been increased to 1,000 characters

Projects Module

  • Improved readability of the Deliveries tab: Forecast and TOTAL data are hidden if forecast data is null

  • The Batches/Milestones tab can be hidden/displayed from the Information tab of fixed-price & product projects

  • The creation of unique milestones on fixed-price projects can be disabled: Admin Interface > Legal Agencies > Agency Card > "Projects" tab

  • Previously: % Progress = (Planned Duration - Remains to be done) / Planned Duration

  • Now: % Progress = Consumed Duration / (Consumed Duration + Remains to be done)
