02/14/2012 - Delivery of version 4.3.2 of your BoondManager application!

Improved method for creation/management of resource contracts

  • A more visible & clear "Create Contract" button now replaces the icon

    in the "Administrative" tab of resources

  • "Contract history" is now renamed to "Contract list"

  • The contract list is now sorted by descending contract end date

  • A "Ref." column in the contract list now allows you to define the reference contract used especially for copying data when creating assignment cards

  • A red warning alerts you when contracts have overlapping periods (Example: if you have not defined an end date for several contracts).
    ATTENTION: When periods overlap, project and reporting calculations count these contracts as many times as each period is referenced in the timesheets

  • When creating each new contract, a checkbox at the bottom of the page is offered to ask if you want to make it the default contract

New fields on resource contracts

  • "Classification" field for contracts according to SYNTEC coefficients and positionings

  • "Category" field for contracts according to SYNTEC categories

  • "Working Time" field for contracts to identify full-time, part-time, and half-time

Expense details on resource contracts and assignment cards

  • You can now detail daily and monthly expenses on your assignment cards and contracts

  • This detail is for informational purposes only and is not currently processed in the application

  • Defining expense details disables manual entry of daily and monthly expenses

Our platform is fully open, and thanks to Apps, we allow you to enhance BoondManager with the features you want:

  • Connect BoondManager to your IS

  • Develop your own activity reports

  • Synchronize BoondManager with your messaging and collaborative calendar

  • Link BoondManager with your social networks

  • Generate your own exports

  • Manage forecast schedules

  • ...

Only your imagination can limit how you want to use BoondManager.

To benefit from these features, you can install the Apps you want, only from your Administrator account, by visiting our marketplace (located at the top right of the interface).


We are launching our marketplace by making available to you 3 applications developed by our technical teams:

  • to generate a payroll preparation file for all your resources (by agency)

  • to synchronize with Google Calendar

  • to synchronize with Google Mail

If you want to develop your own Apps, please refer to our complete tutorials.

For clients wishing to migrate to the Google Apps suite to benefit from synchronization with our GCalendar and Gmail Apps, please contact us to consult our "Google Apps" partners.
