A "SandBox" for your App developments |
You can now create a "SandBox" for your developers so they no longer test your Apps on your production data. Only your administrator can create your "SandBox" from: "Administrator" interface > "Administrator" section > "SandBox"Important Note: Clients currently using our test server at http://testapp.boondmanager.com are asked to switch their Apps and recreate their database on their "SandBox".
Starting June 30, 2013, our test server will no longer be accessible!

Multi-Resumes for candidates and resources |
You now have the ability to attach up to 5 resumes to candidates and resources.
Each of these resumes is indexed in the database, so their content can be searched via the "Key words" field.
Our goal: Improve the management of your resources and the recruitment of your candidates!
Invoice item types |
Your administrator can now create categories of invoice items ("Normal activity", "Exceptional activity", "Non-billable production", "Milestone", "Rebillable expenses", "Rebillable purchases" ...). "Administrator" interface > Agencies > agency record > "Billing" tab > "Invoice item types" section. Once you have configured your invoice items, the tool will automatically pre-fill the invoice items to associate with each line of your invoices! Also, for all invoices from orders of type "Monthly", the tool will by default create one invoice line per type of time, expense, and rebillable purchase entered. Finally, this upgrade will allow us to complete the development of our App interfacing with Sage Accounting and lays the foundation for processing these data in activity reports in the short term.

Improvement of the WPostProduction App |
Previously, the WPostProduction App only allowed you to generate production turnover (production to be invoiced to your clients) without being able to select the activity types you wanted to invoice (normal activity, on-call duty, etc.). Now, we allow you to:
configure the invoice item types, thanks to the previous improvement, that you do not wish to invoice via this App
generate the milestones for your orders of type "Milestone"! You can now generate all your company invoices whether they are associated with "Monthly" or "Milestone" orders!

Addition of Title for CRM contacts |
The "Title" field has been added to all CRM contacts to allow you to provide more details to your records. This field is also available when importing your contacts.
Our goal: Increase the management & relevance of your CRM!
Self-assignment now possible for managers without perimeter |
Until now, if a manager had an "empty" perimeter (not managing any other manager), they could not reassign records even if this right was defined. Now, this issue is resolved & this manager can at least reassign the relevant records to themselves.

Our developers are working hard to deliver the first mobile version of BoondManager for Smartphones & Tablets at the beginning of summer. This application will initially give you access to the Actions, Candidates & CRM modules. Stay tuned to our messages to be among the first to download and use our mobile application.
