Management of service groupings on projects

You can now create service groupings on your projects by clicking the icon

, from the Services tab (and select Create a service grouping). Thanks to service groupings you can:

  • Facilitate the creation and tracking of projects where several resources need to be included in the same type of service! You create a service (called a "service grouping") in which you can assign several resources!

  • Create a project without assigning specific resources. You create a service grouping with a title, dates, a sales rate, and a workload in days. You can later assign resources to the grouping.

  • Define a title and a common sales rate for all services in the grouping

  • Set the workload distribution rule for all services in the grouping

  • Proportional: The total workload of the grouping is evenly distributed among all included services

  • Weighted: The total workload of the grouping is distributed according to the weighting defined for each included service

  • Manual: The total workload of the grouping is the sum of the workloads individually defined for each included service

  • From a grouping record, you can assign a new resource that will be added to the grouping & the workloads will be automatically recalculated according to the selected distribution mode

New App: WEMailing

We are pleased to announce the release of our new App

WEmailing interfaced with Mandrill and Mailchimp. This App allows you to:

  • Send PUSH to your CRM contacts with one of your resources' & candidates' resumes, using a fully customizable email template, & log these sends in your CRM contacts' actions

  • Send MESSAGES to your CRM contacts, resources & candidates, using a fully customizable email template, & log these sends in the actions of the corresponding records

  • Import your CRM contacts into your mailing lists on Mailchimp

  • Directly access Mailchimp

  • Display a summary of the dashboards of Mailchimp & Mandrill

Candidates & Resources module

  • From the Candidates & Resources modules, you can now search based on actions performed during a given period, see the period filter. Example: You can search for candidates or resources with whom you have conducted "Interview" actions in the last 3 months! Reminder: Actions are configurable by your application's administrator!

Opportunities module

  • It is no longer necessary to switch a positioning to the Won state to create a project. You can now create a project by directly changing the opportunity state to Won and let yourself be guided...

Purchases module

  • Increase in the size of the Comments field to 2,000 characters

Billing module

  • Increase in the size of the Comments field on order & invoice records to 2,000 characters

  • To allow you to display more details on your invoices, the size of the Description field has been increased to 1,000 characters

Projects module

  • Improved readability of the Services tab: Forecast and TOTAL data are hidden if forecast data is null

  • The Batches/Milestones tab can be hidden/displayed from the Information tab of package & product projects

  • The creation of unique milestones on package projects can be disabled: Admin Interface > Legal Agencies > Agency Record > "Projects" tab

  • The summary of signed costs on the Consumption & Billing tabs of projects now displays the same value as those in the Services tab

  • Increase in the size of the Comments field to 2,000 characters

  • Hiding the start & end dates of projects from your resources' intranet

  • Modification of the calculation formula for progress percentage, Manager Interface > Projects > Package Project Record > "Batches/Milestones" & "Consumption" tabs, of Batches, thus having a significant impact on the calculation of progress turnover for package projects:

  • Previously: % Progress = (Planned Duration - Remaining Work) / Planned Duration

  • Now: % Progress = Consumed Duration / (Consumed Duration + Remaining Work)

Sage Accounting & Payroll App

  • When extracting the Payroll tab from the App, you can specify which data to extract:

App security

The security of your data is paramount to us, so we have enhanced the protection of Graph APIs accessible by your Apps! You can now define the list of your authorized servers to call the Graph APIs for each of your Apps. Admin Interface > Marketplace > The record of one of your Apps developed by you/your partner > "Edit" button Please forward this information to the person in charge of App development at your company so they can configure them correctly!

Opportunities module

  • Alert opportunity & resource/candidate managers when assigning a positioning

  • Possible selection of several application areas on opportunities

  • Added the "Positioned by" field on positioning records corresponding to the manager who created the positioning

  • Search based on the perimeter of managers who created positionings in the Positionings module

Resources/Candidates module

  • Default module configuration for positionings: Resources or Candidates

  • Configuration of marital status (Example: you can now add the value "Civil Union")

Admin Interface > Global data configuration > "Global" tab

  • The Experience & Training fields can be set to Undefined

Projects module

  • Added the Grouping ADC field on groupings

The total cost of the grouping is the sum of the costs of distributed services + the remaining workload for the grouping multiplied by the Grouping ADC

CRM module

  • Added the Creation Date field on CRM contact & company records

Reporting module

  • On Billing-type reporting, charged turnover is now calculated based on the perimeter of project managers, previously it depended on the perimeter of order managers

  • On Commercial-type reporting, added indicators for number of CRM contacts created & number of CRM companies created

  • On Commercial-type reporting, the number of positionings indicator is now calculated based on the perimeter of managers who created positionings, previously it depended on the perimeter of opportunity managers
