Improved candidate & resource search |
Switching the search to our new indexing engine: SOLR. This engine greatly speeds up your searches and allows you to refine your criteria even further:
C++, C#, ... words are now allowed
Searching for a candidate's last name & first name now returns consistent results
Management of a synonym dictionary (e.g.: i-pad, ipad, i pad, ...), feel free to send us any synonyms you want configured in the dictionary!
Search using the "lemmas" of your words (e.g.: mechanics = mechanic = mechanism = meca ...) in English & French
Addition of a new search operator
Removal of the "Boolean Search" checkbox, the engine automatically detects the search type based on the operators used
The trade-off of this new engine is the management of data synchronization! You may see alerts such as "Being modified/deleted" on the search modules. This means the candidate/resource has been recently modified and not yet indexed in the SolR database; this operation can take from a few seconds to a few minutes!

Sage Accounting & Payroll - Link to the roadmap suggestion on our support
This App allows you to generate files to import your accounting & payroll data into your Sage tool (Line 100 or Coala)!

More granular rights management for the CRM module, with the ability to restrict reading CRM Contacts & Companies cards to personal data, Agencies, Business units, Agencies & Business units, or the entire group, interface "Administrator" > "Accounts" > Manager card > "Modules & Configuration keys".
