Hourly Tracking

This application allows employees to log their working hours and break times for each working day.


Installation and Configuration of the Application

Installation

Administration > Apps/MarketPlace > MarketPlace tab

Configuration

Once installed, a number of settings need to be configured.

Configuration Section

  • Contract type

  • Break time during the day

The number of rest periods between two working days and the number of consecutive rest hours over a rolling week are already set by default, but you can modify them if needed.

Default Hours Configuration Section

  • Start and end hours of the day

  • Break time

  • Total hours per day

  • Total hours per week

Prerequisite:

Don\'t forget to check that you have set a default number of hours.

To do this, go to Administration > Legal Agencies > select the relevant legal agency then go to the HR Data tab.

If you have already created the HR contracts for your employees before performing this default configuration, you will need to update all HR contracts. In this case, we invite you to use the Contracts app, which will allow you to perform this update more quickly.


Using the Application

First Use

On first use of the application, your employee will need to click Configure the application to validate the default configuration set by the administrator.

For Subsequent Uses

Your employee will only need to add their break times and validate the pre-filled hourly tracking entries.
