HrFlow - Creating a Candidate from a Resume

HrFlow is an application that allows you to automatically create a Candidate card in BoondManager based on a Word, Text, or PDF file. The App pre-fills certain fields identified as: first name, last name, phone, email, competences, degrees...


Install the application

By default, this application is already downloaded for all users with a manager account.

However, if this is not the case, you need to go to the Admin Interface > MarketPlace > HrFlow > Install.


Configure the application

Admin Interface > Apps / HrFlow > HrFlow > Configuration

In the section Additional data to import during resume analysis, you can choose whether or not to import the following fields:

  • Degrees

  • Competences: the keyword cloud created by the tool includes all key words scanned in the resume. The influx of information in this field may disturb you, test it and if it bothers you, you can uncheck this box so as not to import this field anymore

  • References


Create a candidate with HrFlow

By clicking the Create from a Resume button, you will have the opportunity to attach a document and verify/validate the data entered by BoondManager: notably the title, first name, and last name.

Warning Point 1/2

Don\'t forget to check the information entered by HrFlow because, depending on the format of the imported resume (there are several types of PDFs, some of which are difficult to analyze), it may have trouble retrieving information. Therefore, you need to complete its work.

If the following message appears, it means you are trying to import a candidate who, according to the tool, already exists. Boond then offers you to consult the card of the already existing candidate to check that it is not a duplicate.
