A legal agency is a legal entity to which resources, projects, invoices, (...) will be attached.
The configuration of this entity is essential because it will determine the default configuration of all cards (resources, HR contracts, orders, invoices, ...) attached to it.

Create a new legal agency
Prerequisites
You must have administration access rights to create a new legal agency and configure it.
Administration > Legal Agencies section > + button at the top right
Only the name of the legal agency is mandatory for its registration and creation.
However, we recommend that you qualify the Information tab and the following data as soon as it is created:
General information this information will be included in the footer of your invoices and quotations
Legal information this information will be included in the footer of your invoices and quotations
Global configuration
Charge coefficient and number of annual working days used for calculating the ADC
Type of work unit to determine whether your employees will log time in days or hours
Calendar which will be used for timesheets and absence requests

Qualify a new legal entity
To complete the information related to this new entity, you have 2 options depending on whether:
This new entity (Recipient Legal Agency) has the same characteristics as an already existing legal agency (Source Legal Agency),
This new entity does not have the same characteristics as the already existing legal agencies.
Same characteristics as an already existing legal agency
Go to the already existing source legal agency, on the tab that contains the same data as expected in the same tab of the new destination legal agency, then click on the icon
to "copy this tab to another legal agency".
Note
For billing, if you duplicate the configuration of one entity to another but want separate billing in terms of increment, you must indicate a different invoice reference mask on your new entity than the one indicated in the copied legal agency.
Don't forget to edit the billing details that have been copied/pasted.

Different characteristics from already existing legal agencies

FAQ
I can't copy the data from one of the legal agency's tabs
It will not be possible to copy data if the target legal agency already has data entered and used in production (example - activity and expenses tab - a type of work unit present in one or more timesheets). Since this data cannot be deleted, the copy cannot be performed.
I can't copy the data - Focus on the HR data and specifics tab
If the source agency has a configuration by work units in the section "Types of work units able to grant benefits with the ExceptionalActivity app", referring to work units present in the "Activities and expenses" tab, the copy of this tab will fail because the links cannot be made between the relevant work units and this tab that refers to them.
