Create a new legal agency

Prerequisite

You must have administration access rights to create a new legal agency and configure it.

Qualify a new legal entity

  • This new entity (Destination Legal Agency) has the same characteristics as an existing legal agency (Source Legal Agency),

  • This new entity does not have the same characteristics as existing legal agencies.

Go to the existing source legal agency, on the tab that contains the same data as expected in the same tab of the new destination legal agency, then click on the icon

to "copy this tab to another legal agency."

For billing, if you duplicate the configuration of one entity to another but want separate billing in terms of increment, you must indicate on your new entity a different invoice reference mask than the one indicated in the copied legal agency.
