2️⃣ Legal Agency Configuration

A legal agency is a legal entity to which resources, projects, invoices, etc. will be attached. Its configuration is essential as it will determine the default configuration for all cards (resources, HR contracts, orders, invoices, ...) linked to it.


Tab "Information"

Start the configuration of your legal agency! The first step is to enter the global information of your agency.


Tab "Activity and Expenses"

This tab is crucial for governing the behavior of your timesheets, expense reports, absence requests, as well as the associated validation/reminder processes.

Configuration of your collaborators' times

Exceptional Activity

If your collaborators need to be able to log exceptional activity (on-call duty, interventions, overtime, ...) then be sure to watch the tutorial related to the configuration and management of exceptional activity.

Minimum configuration before entering data

Define the first reminder date for timesheet validation (to have the data on time for your first payroll preparation).

Tab "HR Data"

This tab governs the types of benefits (meal vouchers, transport card, referral bonuses, ...) offered by your legal agency as well as the default values for certain fields in your HR contracts.

Exceptional Activity

If your collaborators need to be able to log exceptional activity (on-call duty, interventions, overtime, ...) then be sure to watch the tutorial related to the configuration and management of exceptional activity.

Minimum configuration before entering data

  • Define the different types of contractual benefits you want to be able to add to your collaborators' HR contracts,

  • Mark as "default" those that should be added by default (useful for benefits given to more than 50% of your collaborators).


Tab "Billing"

The "Billing" tab of your legal agency governs the default parameters of your contracts and client invoices, your logo, your invoice references, and your bank details. It is essential to configure it correctly before creating your first purchase orders.

Invoice issuer

If you set an email address other than your own for sending invoices by email, you must have been authorized (by your email manager) to send emails "As" this email address.

Minimum configuration before entering data

  • Define your invoice reference mask ("chrono"),

  • Add your bank details and legal notices before creating your first purchase orders (otherwise, you will need to go back and qualify them later).

This tab allows you to go further in the customization of reference masks for your opportunities, projects, purchases, quotations, etc. It also enables advanced options to leverage certain features disabled by default.
