Customize activity types for resources

The types of work units correspond to types of absences (e.g.: paid leave, compensatory time off, ...), production, internal activity (e.g.: structure, bench period, training, ...) or exceptional (e.g.: overtime, on-call duty, ...) that your employees can register in their timesheets and absence requests.

You can choose which types of resources can register each type of work unit, simplifying their choices while controlling your data.

Configuration for all your resources

Administration > Legal Agencies > relevant entity > Activity and expenses tab

However, you may have specificities for certain resources.

    1. Not authorized
The resource will not access any of the associated typologies

FAQ

I work with externals and want to hide activity types related to internal and absences from timesheets?

It\'s possible! To do this, customize the entry configuration for absences and internal activity by selecting "Not authorized".
Thus, when your consultant logs these times, they will only see their activity related to production.

Does this feature allow me to hide the Absences tab for external resources?

Preventing entry of absence types will not hide the intranet tab for your resource. However, they will not be able to register absences.⠀
