The workload plan allows you to instantly visualize the current resources and their associated contract and delivery. Thanks to the filters, you can easily anticipate the end of assignments as well as upcoming planned deliveries.

Workload Plans
Workload Plans allow you to view the "signed" and "planned" availability of the resources you manage. We recommend reviewing them at the start of each month to anticipate your activity and potential future bench periods.
To use the workload plan effectively, it is essential to understand the color code used.
For this, feel free to refer to the legend presented at the bottom of the page:
Signed delivery: delivery for which you have received your client's agreement
Planned delivery: delivery you intend to sign (WARNING: a resource cannot log time on a planned delivery)
Internal: inactivity of type Internal. Non-billed activity you wish to display on the workload plan (e.g.: training, internal projects, etc.).
Absence: inactivity of type Absence. Absence period you want to visualize on the workload plan.⠀
IMPORTANT!
Inactivity is not automatically created with absence requests or even with time declaration (internal activity). If your goal is planning, please use the PlanProduction application, which allows you to visualize absence requests and time spent.
Internal activity is created from the Resource card > Delivery tab > + Button > Inactivity. You will then have the option to choose between Internal and Absence
Positioning: positioning carried out on opportunities for each resource
IMPORTANT!
By default, Boond displays the positioning date, i.e., the date when the positioning occurred. You can edit and display the positioning period as well as choose the positioning states you want to track.
HR Contract: presence of an HR or subcontracting contract for each resource.
Tip:
You can also hover your mouse over the various lines to get information about, for example, the delivery, and by clicking on the desired line, go directly to the delivery/contract/inactivity/positioning
Explanation of Main Advanced Filters
Occupation = allows you to display the occupation rate of each resource with color gradients. The darker the color, the higher the occupation rate.
Grouping = allows you to group all assignments of the same resource on a single bar to estimate the overall occupation rate of each resource. This is useful for resources working on several projects at once.
Availability = allows you to display resources available as soon as possible with "Sort in ascending order" or those occupied for the longest possible time with "Sort in descending order"…
Positioning = allows you to display resource positionings carried out on opportunities. If you check the checkbox next to the field, you can display formalized positioning periods. It may be interesting to display the positioning periods of all positionings in "creation" and "introduced to the client" state, for example.
