PlanProduction allows you to visually display, for a given month, the reported times as well as the absence requests of resources:
Display of planned times thanks to the ResourcePlanner app
Display of submitted absence requests,
Display of times entered on timesheets,
Display of workload plan,
Quick access to the ResourcePlanner app,
Quick access to existing and new timesheets.
Thanks to this App, your managers and resources can therefore:
Quickly check planned times and actually logged times,
Quickly check workload plans against planned/logged times,
Quickly check absence requests and actually taken absences,
Supervise actual and forecasted production,
Quickly pre-fill planning data based on projects & opportunities,
Quickly pre-fill Timesheets based on projects.
Good to know
PlanProduction can also be used to enter timesheets for resources in advance for upcoming months. Simply go to the desired month and click the icon
to go to the timesheet and add the planned times.
If you grant access, from the Administrator interface, the employee can also perform this action directly from their intranet.
