Are you working with a freelance or external collaborator and want to associate a provider with them?
Create the provider in the CRM database
To do this, go to your CRM database, then create their company and a contact. To find them more easily, we recommend setting their state to "Provider".
Make sure to enter all general and legal information, which will also allow you to create contracts from BoondManager using the Doctemplate App.
Associate the provider with the resource
To do this, go to your Resources module > Open the relevant resource and go to their Administrative tab.
On the right in the "personal information" section, you can add a provider by clicking the "Edit" button:
Then lock the information to make it clickable.
This will allow you to:
bring up the provider on all purchases linked to the resource
associate bank details with your provider thanks to the Sepa App
perform extractions and thus list all your resources that have a provider
