Why use this feature?
To ensure your candidate profiles are well qualified, with all the information you have gathered throughout your interactions with your candidate. The useful information is already in your database: you entered it after an interview. But it remains in the action log and never reaches the profile fields—unless you re-enter it manually, which no one has time to do. Enrichment performs this second step for you.
You save time:
No need to reread a three-page report to extract the announced Daily Rate or availability;
No double entry between the action and the profile;
Less risk of forgetting information when qualifying the profile.

How to Enrich a Candidate Profile in Boond
You don’t need to trigger anything: analysis runs in the background. Boond simply notifies you when it finds something.
Go to the relevant candidate profile.
In the profile header, the "✨ Ask AI" button displays a counter badge indicating the number of available pieces of information. This button is visible from all tabs of the profile.
Expand the button.
An Enrich profile item appears at the top of the list, above existing entries (Find an opportunity, Summarize profile), with the subtitle "N new data available".
Click "Enrich profile" to open the details of the detected information.

AI analyzes the text of actions linked to a candidate profile: interview report, follow-up, end-of-assignment interview, call note… regardless of the action type.

A few useful rules to know:
An action without text is not analyzed.

Permissions and Configuration
There is nothing to configure.
Once the feature is enabled on your plan, enrichment works with the rights already in place in your configuration. No additional settings are required, either for the administrator or the manager.
How your permissions are applied
Two cumulative conditions for a suggestion to be presented to you:
You have the right to edit at least one of the tabs where the field is editable. A user who has the Information tab but not DTs will be offered the Title; a user who has neither will not see it.
You have the right to read the source action of the suggestion. Information from a confidential action will never be shown to someone who cannot read that action.
Permissions are checked when you open the profile: any change to your rights is taken into account immediately.
AI Quota Counting
Your company’s AI quota is counted only once, when you click "Apply and save". Neither action analysis, nor opening the profile, nor opening the modal consumes quota: you pay for the result, not the attempt.
If your quota is exhausted, an alert banner appears at the top of the modal and the fields are no longer actionable. The quota is automatically reset on the 1st of each month at midnight. You can also contact your administrator to recharge it immediately.
