My timesheet is in error

This article aims to help you handle the error that displays red boxes when entering your timesheet.

Error display

2 scenarios:

  • When you enter the days, the boxes appear in red

  • The "Fill in" button does not work and does not fill in any days


Verification of legal Agencies on cards

Timesheet Agency

Go to the timesheet and check which legal Agency it is linked to

Contract Agency

Go to the Resource card of the employee > Administrative tab > Contract card and check which legal Agency is attached to it.

The legal Agencies are different

If the legal Agencies of the contract and the timesheet are different, this explains the error on the timesheet; it is therefore necessary to make modifications.


Updating the legal Agency

If the correct Agency is the one on the timesheet

  1. Go to the Resource card > Administrative tab > Contract card then add an end date

  2. Go to the Resource card > Information tab > enter the correct legal Agency

  3. Return to the Administrative tab of the Resource card, then create a new contract by clicking the + button; it will automatically be set to the legal Agency assigned to the resource

  4. Go to the Resource card > Times tab > check the timesheet where the error appears, then click the bin to delete it

  5. Still from the Times tab of the Resource card, recreate the timesheet; it will automatically be set to the Agency linked to the contract

Note

If the contract is recent and has no attached data (deliveries, timesheets, expense reports, etc.), you can delete it directly without adding an end date, to recreate the contract on the correct Agency once the Agency is properly entered in the Information tab of the Resource card.

If the correct Agency is the one on the contract

  1. Go to the Resource card > Times tab > check the timesheet where the error appears, then click the bin to delete it

  2. Then go to the Information tab of the Resource card, and check that the legal Agency is correct, and modify it if necessary

  3. Go to the Administrative tab of the Resource card > Contract card, then check that the Agency is correct

  4. Return to the Times tab of the Resource card, recreate the timesheet; it will automatically be set to the Agency linked to the contract
