This month, two applications migrate to the new version and we are very happy to announce that the LinkedIn gadget is also evolving to offer you new features.

ResourcePlanner
The ResourcePlanner application, allowing you to schedule the activity (Absence, Internal & Production) of your resources, is now available in the new version.
As a reminder, access to this App is done using the following methods:
From My Apps > ResourcePlanner to schedule your own timesheets
From the "ResourcePlanner" button in the "Deliveries" tab of a project card to schedule the timesheets of the resources for this project
From the "ResourcePlanner" button in the "Timesheets" tab of a resource card to schedule the timesheets of this resource
Improvements made to resource timesheets planning on a project
Synthetic overview of the total Rest budget to schedule
Cells are grayed out if scheduling has already been registered on another project for resources working on several deliveries
The planned timesheets for the month are displayed for each resource

You will also have the possibility to expand the summary of the Rest budget to schedule in order to see the details by resource.

The application allowing you to create organization charts for your CRM companies is finally available in the new version.
If you have entered services within the company, you can now, by clicking on the application's configuration button
, choose which color you want to associate with each service.

LinkedIn Gadget
Following your improvement suggestions, we are evolving the LinkedIn gadget.
When creating a new candidate card from LinkedIn, you can now:
automatically qualify the Technical Data (TD) of the candidate card: experiences, diplomas, languages
import their LinkedIn resume (only available on Chrome)
open their Boond card via a link
