Define for each type of work unit in timesheets, which resource types are by default allowed to use them:
Paid leave: only all internal types, thus excluding externals,
Bench period: internal consultants only...

You can also add specific work units for each resource individually, in addition to their default configuration.
You will therefore save time in the Configuration of time types and absences for your resources:

one containing only exceptional activity;
one containing normal time.

In the context of the generalization of electronic billing, BoondManager allows you to download your invoices in a suitable format (Factur-X or CII).

This feature is already integrated on certain modules (candidates, resources, and actions) and we are extending it to all other modules: Opportunities, Projects, Positionings, Billing, Payments...
As a reminder, this feature allows you to:
Customize the list view by choosing the columns to display and their order of appearance.
Resize the width of columns of your choice simply by clicking the edge of a column and dragging left or right π€©.
