December 2021 Updates

At the end of the year, we wanted to treat you with these highly anticipated new features :)

Workplace management


Why?

This update aims to help you:

  • know who is working remotely or in your offices

  • compensate your employees based on the times declared at the different workplaces


Configuration

If you want, for a given Agency, to track the workplaces of your employees, then a configuration must be done on the relevant entity.

Administration> Agencies Legal > select the relevant Agency > Activity and expenses tab > "Workplaces" section (at the bottom of the page)

Workplaces

Add here the different workplaces you want to make available to your employees. For each of them, you can specify:

  • Name: Label of the workplace that will be displayed in the list offered in your employees' timesheets

  • Type: Category of workplace among the 3 options (Client site, Agency, Remote work)

  • State: Allows you to display or archive a workplace

Administration> Agencies Legal > select the relevant Agency > Activity and expenses tab > "Timesheet alerts" section

Alerts

You can configure alerts and even make them blocking by activating "Prevent document validation"

  • The number of days declared at workplaces is greater than the number of days that can be worked

  • The number of days declared at workplaces is less than the number of days that can be worked

❓Number of days that can be worked

This number of days corresponds to the number of working days covered by the employee's contract AND on which no absence has been declared

Configuration of a typical week

From the timesheet, the employee can configure a typical week.

Your employee can then determine their week:

Time entry

Once the typical week is configured, it will be pre-filled by default and you can, if needed, make changes if there were any updates.

As usual, you must declare your times and absences in the "Normal activity" section each month.

If needed, you can also modify the typical week for workplaces.

❓Counters for number of days that can be worked

This counter shows you the number of expected days (which may differ from the number of working days if absences are declared in the "Normal activity" section)


Payroll impact

Apps> ExtractPayroll > Configuration button

You will need to make changes to the configuration of the ExtractPayroll app to take this new feature into account.

New variables

Variables have been added to help you better manage the distribution of benefits based on the workplace of your employee.

Configure benefit distribution rules

A column has been added in the Benefit distribution rules section to allow you to choose the workplaces to which this rule applies.

❗❗ ❗❗Impact of selecting "relevant workplaces"

Selecting workplaces will impact the [WKP_...] variable of this row by taking information from the selected workplaces. If no such variable is used in the row, then there is no point in selecting a workplace.

Other improvements


"X days end of month Y": improved functionality

Small changes in the payment term "X days end of month Y" to better manage the needs you have reported to us:

Here are the 2 new elements to consider:

  • We have renamed the condition to "End of month Y"
    sum of the value of X and Y (present in "X days end of month Y") in the new "X"

  • We have created a new condition "X days end of month Y"
    with the following calculation method: Deadline = End of month (Invoice Date + X) + Y days

🚨Impact on payment term

If you used the old condition "X days end of month Y", it will now be called "End of month Y". If you want to use the new payment term, we invite you to:

  • add it in your Administration > Global settings > "Billing" tab

  • select it on the relevant orders.


New filters on Apps

Since October 2021, we have completely redesigned the use of filters on the main modules.

Now, all apps benefit from this redesign.

IOS and Android mobile application


Sharing cards

From the BoondManager app on IOS and Android, you can share all accessible cards from your mobile app.

This allows you to draw your colleagues' attention to a specific card.

Very practical for keeping informed or inviting people to take actions.


Quick access to secondary cards of a card

On Resources, Companies and Contacts cards, access to the different sections is simplified.

Workplace management

All features developed on the web version are also available on the Mobile app.
