DocTemplates

Generate different types of documents from a single card
Until now, the DocTemplates app allowed you to generate one document template per card (with the possibility to make one specific to each Agency/business unit/client/language).
From now on, you will be able to generate more types of documents (e.g.: employer certificate, probation period validation, mutual agreement termination, equipment loan, mission order, delivery notes...)
To do this, you can now associate multiple templates to a single category and choose the one you wish to use.
How to configure this?
Administration > Apps/Marketplace > DocTemplates > Configuration button
Save your document by following the naming instructions
Drag your file to import it
Name your document so that this label appears when downloading
Default naming of your templates
If you do not change it, your template will be offered using the name of your Word template but removing the attributes between [] as well as the _.

Single template for invoices and quotations
For generating your invoices and quotations, it is not possible to have different templates as these must be unique and can be sent by email via the Emailing app. If you need to generate different commercial offers, we recommend associating them with the "Opportunity".

Generate documents from more cards
To give even more power to this app, DocTemplates, which until today allowed you to generate documents on Technical Data (TD) and HR and subcontracting contracts for Candidates and Resources, Quotations, and Invoices/Credit Notes, is now available on:
Resource cards to generate various documents such as equipment loan, various authorizations, ...
Opportunity cards, to generate commercial offers,
Delivery cards to generate custom mission orders,
Order cards to generate delivery notes, or even orders for the client,
Purchase cards, to generate subcontracting contracts etc.
Configuration of these new templates
Administration > Apps/Marketplace > DocTemplates > Configuration button
As you can see, we have added a large number of sections to generate templates from these new cards❗❗ (Administrative documents, Opportunity, Delivery, Mission orders, Orders, Purchases).

Update and addition of variables
To simplify the management of our variables, we have reviewed their naming, which could be confusing, and took the opportunity to add a few more.

Simplified use of filters
We didn't stop there and also simplified the entry and modification of various filters.
Click on the tag to open it directly
When filters are selected, you just need to click on the tag to access the desired filter(s) and edit them if needed.
Larger window to configure each filter
With this new modal, your filter selection is simplified and the information is more readable, avoiding the need to scroll 😍
Simplified "Period" filter
We have added a granularity (month, quarter, semester, ...) and now give you the ability to navigate easily from one granularity to another.
Better organization of filters on Reports
Simplified filter deletion
No need to click on advanced filters to delete one or more. Now this is done directly by clicking the cross at the top of each "tag".

Actions: simplified closing of action modals
To make navigation easier and reduce clicks, when an action is open you can now press Escape to close it.
Additionally, after sharing an action, it closes automatically.

Share manager access more easily
When you create a manager account, you can share their access directly from their manager card without needing to return to their resource card.

Identify opportunities without positioning
We have added the possibility to select "No positioning" in the "State (Positioning)" filter to identify opportunities where no positioning (even inactive) has been made.
This allows you to quickly identify opportunities without positioning and thus potentially untreated.
Activity and expenses

Reminder: a smarter timesheet mailing
If your employee has already created and validated their timesheet before the automatic reminder email, whose date is set in your configuration (legal Agency > "Activity & Expenses" tab), then they will not be reminded.
Thus, your employees only receive relevant reminders.

Expenses: allow a user to delete their unvalidated expenses
As soon as the expense report has not been validated by any user, its owner can delete it even without deletion rights on this module.
This allows the employee to delete their expense report created by mistake and thus not be reminded every day to validate it.
IMPORTANT!
If the document is closed, it cannot be deleted.

ExtractPayroll: do not include unvalidated expenses
When expenses are not fully validated, they no longer systematically appear in the ExtractPayroll payroll extraction, thus limiting potential payroll errors.
When clicking on extraction, you can select "Extract only validated expenses". In the extraction performed, if the expense report is not fully validated, then the total amount of the expense report will not be included in the extraction.

Survey: have the same rights as on the Activity & Expenses module
It is possible to find in the Survey app all the surveys present on timesheets accessible by the user.
Other new feature

SEPA: choose the outgoing extraction from the "Contract" tab
You can now choose which data you want to extract among: salary, expenses, benefits. Thus, you can generate a SEPA file only for expense payments for example.
